​​Credence Life Coaching was created by Kaylee and Joe Surber, a married couple who served 17 years combined Active Duty military service before switching to the reserves to have a better-balanced family life. ​​

After leaving Active Duty both coaches struggled with transitioning and finding their purpose which led to the desire to help other others. Starting over is hard, letting a Credence coach help guide you to finding a new purpose and meaning in your life is something you will find is so much better not struggling alone.

We have extensive life experience and successful backgrounds with multiple career fields, businesses, achievements, education, advanced training, hardships, relationships, children, relocations, military deployments, and more that we incorporate into our coaching.
